Investment opportunity in Tenerife

With the rise of the number of bank repossessions in Tenerife comes an opportunity for serious property investors to purchase packages of properties which can either be sold on, at profit, or can be rented out. It is a fact that finding repossessions is an extremely difficult task for individual purchasers, and although there is a glut of such properties being advertised on a daily basis, many of these properties are potentially unappealing to those who may wish to purchase them to live in as they are often in areas which are located well away from the popular holiday hot-spots.

The entire package is now available for sale for just 1.325 million euro and this equates to an average price of just 26,500 euro per property. The property package comprises property ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments, and for the shrewd investor, this opportunity is potentially extremely beneficial.
It is a fact that the market is very much alive* despite the doom and gloom of the Spanish economy, and the rental sector is a strong option – particularly for investors looking to turn profit on such properties, and also within the long-term rental sector. With the rise in repossessions comes a rise in rental opportunities and, as an example, a one bedroom apartment which has been purchased for as little as the average price of property within this package (namely 26,500 euro) is likely to achieve a monthly rental return of between 300 to 450 euro, (depending on location). Percentage rental yield per annum is therefore extremely high.
This is a one-off opportunity for an investor to make an excellent profit and will not be repeated.
