Growing Older and Wiser – Smart Information Technology Turns Two

June 9th, 2010

(Sydney, Australia. 28 May 2010) Cast your mind back two years and you’ll arrive in 2008: a period where the world was from the throes of the global financial crisis. It was at that time, going against norms, that a Sydney-based information technology (IT) company, Avion Software, took flight and entered the market as a revolutionary software solutions provider specialising in analytical and collaborative customer relationship management solutions.

Now arguably positioned as a forerunner amongst the Pacific Region’s most advanced software solution providers (with another office now located in Auckland, New Zealand), businesses from segments and industries spanning mining, automobile, memberships and charities, have chosen to partner with Avion Software for their ability to provide scalable IT solutions that adapt and integrate with needs of businesses; unlike the typical approach whereby businesses are required to adapt their environment to accommodate new IT architecture.

Sashank Kotcherlakota (Director, Products and Services) explains that, “Our clients realise that by leveraging our products and services, they are able to increase operational efficiencies, gain insights into their customer base and adapt better and faster to their needs and demands; thus maintaining competitive advantage and creating and maintaining lasting and profitable relationships.

Speaking of the future, Mr Kotcherlakota added, “Avion Software has an exceptionally talented team who are dedicated, and proud of, pushing the IT boundaries. Backed by this expert team we are confident  that our business will continue to expand in terms of both product and geography, as we continue to consult and serve our customers on a bourgeoning platform.”

About Avion Software
Delivering quality business intelligence is Avion’s business; as is improving the way in which our clients collaborate and communicate with their clients. New Case Study explains how Concentrix helped Bradford College improve Employer Engagement and streamline internal processes

March 5th, 2010

Independent UK CRM specialist Concentrix has released a new case study which illustrates how they implemented a new CRM system for Bradford College. The system has successfully improved employer engagement and streamlined internal processes.

CRM in the education sector is fast becoming best practice.  It provides a central location to store information relating to students, prospects and suppliers alike, empowering staff with knowledge and improving the customer experience.  Bradford College needed a CRM system to support the colleges Employer Engagement strategy, their Train to Gain initiative, and to help them achieve the Training Quality Standard.

Before contacting Concentrix, Bradford College already had a CRM software in place, which was installed by another business partner. However, it didn’t live up to expectations, due to a combination of poor implementation, low configuration and lack of user training. The case study describes how Concentrix assessed the needs of the college, recommended GoldMine Premium Edition and goes on to explore the benefits which the new solution is delivering.

Concentrix has a wealth of experience in helping education organizations improve their efficiency and effectiveness. They have deployed CRM systems for a variety of schools, colleges, universities and related education organizations throughout the UK including: Grantham College, The Learning Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) and Darlington College. Concentrix provides best in breed CRM solutions including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage CRM and GoldMine Premium Edition and takes a product agnostic approach to supplying them.

Implementing a CRM solution doesn’t have to cost a fortune. There are solutions available on different hosting platforms to match every budget. What’s more, as a Microsoft Authorized Education reseller, Concentrix are able to pass on significant educational discounts.

Strong Support from Small Businesses towards Hosted Microsoft CRM

December 17th, 2009

UK independent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist Concentrix is reporting strong support among small businesses for its hosted version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Concentrix, which also offers Microsoft Dynamics CRM an on-premise solution, is finding a clear bias towards the hosted option in organisations with less than twenty users.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is Microsoft’s flagship CRM application, used by a wide range of organisations throughout the world. Concentrix began offering a hosted option (often referred to as ‘Software as a Service’, ‘on-demand’ or CRM ‘in the cloud’) in early 2009. Since then, nearly all Concentrix’s implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in businesses with between one and twenty users have been of the hosted product.

John Odell, Senior CRM Consultant at Concentrix said “Over the last couple of years the idea of CRM has really taken off with smaller businesses. We’re finding they prefer hosted CRM because Concentrix can get them up and running extremely quickly, and there’s usually less financial outlay in terms of hardware and IT infrastructure”.

With hosted CRM, Concentrix holds the application and data on their computers (servers), which are housed in an advanced data-centre. This means Concentrix IT experts take responsibility for the running and maintenance of the software and servers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Although Concentrix is finding hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM increasingly popular with its smaller clients, it’s a different story with larger customers. Odell explains “While nearly all our smaller customers that choose Microsoft Dynamics CRM go down the hosted route, our larger clients tend to prefer on-premise CRM. This is generally because they have their own IT staff and internal resources, their requirements can be more complex, and they prefer to keep their business systems fully under their control”.

Odell continues “Hosted CRM is great for smaller businesses, for organisations that are trying out CRM for the first time and those with limited internal IT resource, which is why it’s so popular. However we’re also just starting to see some businesses move from hosted to on-premise, simply because they’ve used hosted CRM to establish the benefits and can see that on-premise will deliver even better ROI in the long term”.

So how does a business choose between hosted CRM and an on-premise solution? Odell concludes “It really depends on your business requirements and the objectives of your CRM strategy. If you contact an independent CRM specialist such as Concentrix, they will discuss the various options with you and provide unbiased advice and guidance”.

New Case Study Illustrates Success of CRM in the Education Sector

December 8th, 2009

Independent UK customer relationship management (CRM) specialist Concentrix has released a new case study on the effective use of CRM in higher education. The case study, one in a series on successful CRM implementations, focuses on Darlington College, a large Further Education College in the North of England.

A CRM system was an essential factor in Darlington College’s drive to extend and improve business performance, primarily within Employer Engagement. The case study explains how the college deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM to help them engage more effectively with the local business community, streamline internal processes and increase competitiveness against other training providers.

Like many other colleges, Darlington College needed to maintain focus on their core student base. However, with increased competition from private training providers, the college also put great importance on engaging with the local business community to provide training for employees. The case study describes how the new CRM system provides a central database to store and manage contacts, accounts, course and communication information, delivers better tracking, management and reporting, and improves performance and process efficiency.

Commenting on the case study, John Odell, a senior CRM consultant at Concentrix said “Concentrix has successfully deployed CRM systems in a variety of educational establishments. Darlington College is a great example – the CRM system helped them achieve excellent results in terms of employer engagement, and has helped them achieve an outstanding Ofsted report”.

Established in 1999, Concentrix has delivered some substantial projects into UK colleges and training institutions. And, as a Microsoft Authorised Education reseller, Concentrix were able to pass on significant educational discounts to the college.

As well as CRM in education, Concentrix has produced a variety of other CRM case studies focussing on sectors including manufacturing, logistics, membership management, retail and others.

Concentrix releases – A beginners Guide to IT Security, free whitepaper

August 20th, 2009

Concentrix has released a new whitepaper which highlights the prominence of security threats and explains why organisations need to protect against them. It discusses the importance of protecting your organisation from both internal and external security threats. It provides suggestions as to how you can ensure that your organisations hardware, software and network are protected as well as providing information about different types of security products available.

Irrespective of size or sector, information is critical to the future success of a company. For the majority of organisations, all of their critical data is held either within a CRM or Accounts solution. However without the relevant processes in place the data is vulnerable to attack. Subsequently ensuring data is safe, is a “must”.

Security risks are not a new threat to organisations, they have been around for a number of years. Traditionally the main type of threat was from viruses and spam, and these threats are still prevalent today. However the majority of organisations are aware of the external threats and have process in place to protect against them. It is the internal risks which are often not considered.

Developments in technology have meant that the use of the internet and email are part of the daily routine for most organisations. And although businesses have existed for hundreds of years without either of these, the vast majority would now struggle to operate if they were not there.

The internet and email have significantly enhanced the speed of communications, transactions and ultimately decisions. However they have also made organisations vulnerable to a whole new world of threats which they need to protect against.

Although data is a companies most important asset the majority of companies do not have any type of process in place to ensure that it cannot be stolen or misused. However as a direct result of the technological developments in portable storage devices such as mobile phones, iPods and USB’s internal security threats are becoming increasingly more prevalent.

Hardware, software and network security is now one of the biggest challenges organisations face. There are several different ways in which an organisation or individual can be attacked.  Fortunately, advances in security product technology mean that they do not have to result in catastrophic consequences.

The Biggest Problem with Accounting Software? New Survey Says Integration, Reporting and Ease of Use.

July 27th, 2009

Concentrix, a UK Business Management and CRM software specialist, has published a new report on the current business management and financial software environment.

The report, based on a survey targeted at senior finance professionals in the UK, found that integration with other systems, reporting and ease of use were most commonly stated as areas for improvement among financial and accounting software users.

Commenting on the reports findings, Peter Elgar, Marketing Manager at Concentrix said “It was no real surprise that integration came out as a problem area. This is why Concentrix is keen on fully integrated business management solutions such as Sage 200, which addresses integration between front and back office processes extremely effectively.”

Concentrix commissioned the survey, carried out by an independent third-party, to provide a snap shot into the current state of the market, and also to help gauge how companies are reacting to the recession with respect to business management software. So has the recession had any effect?

Rebecca Rooney, the report’s author, said, “Over three-quarters of survey respondents said they didn’t intend to review their accounting software within the next twelve months, despite the vast majority of organisations, 79%, having had a system in place for over three years. I’m sure most of this reluctance is down to caution in the current economic climate”.

Although the survey was targeted at a cross-section of organisations, nearly half of the survey respondents were smaller businesses with five or less accounting software users. Bearing this in mind, it is perhaps unsurprising that the majority of respondents also use Sage 50 – because it’s an application designed for smaller organisations and arguably the UK’s most popular accounting solution.

But did the survey deliver any surprises? Rooney continues “the biggest surprise was that very nearly half of survey respondents said they didn’t have a CRM system. As times become tougher, increasing customer retention and improving business process efficiency are extremely good reasons to invest in a CRM system. I guess I was surprised that so many companies still haven’t done so”.

The full report “Business Management Software: Key Issues and What You Can Do” which includes detailed breakdown and analysis of results, along with recommendations on how organisations can address the key issues raised, is available by request from Concentrix via info@concentrix.co.uk.

Concentrix takes a product agnostic approach to implementing systems, ensuring their customers get a solution which matches their strategic objectives and business requirements.

Concentrix is a UK Company with its head office in Loughborough, Leicestershire. Concentrix also has a satellite office in central London.

July 3rd, 2009

DMC SoftwareThe release of new standardised integration enabling links for Sage 50 Accounts and SalesLogix CRM and Sage 200 Accounts an d Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been announced by DMC Software Solutions, the leading Sage and Microsoft Business Partner. These unique links enable the integration of Microsoft and Sage CRM and accounts software, in turn allowing businesses to operate to maximum efficiency by streamlining processes.

The value of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Accounts software is well publicised by industry journalists however many integrated suites restrict the products available. For some businesses bespoke integration links are an option however this can be a costly.

DMC Software has already broken the mould to provide their clients with more choice with the release of their Link 200 product back in 2008. Link 200 provided the opportunity for SalesLogix CRM users to integrate their CRM solution with Sage 200 Accounts, this integration was previously only available to Sage CRM users facilitated by the Sage 200 Suite. The DMC Software Link 200 product is the only reliable link of its kind on the market.

Duncan Smith, DMC Sage 200 Developer said, “As part of DMC’s customer centric approach to business we take time to listen to what our customers want and where possible we make it happen. It has been bought to our attention that our clients would like to extend the integration capabilities of SalesLogix to Sage 50 and also extend Sage 200 integration to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

“We are experienced in providing our customers with bespoke links to enable this functionality, however there is an overwhelming demand for integration between these products so we have made the decision to release standardised integration enabling links for Microsoft and Sage CRM and accounts software, making integration more accessible and cost effective. We are currently spending our time polishing and testing the links, ahead of the scheduled release dates later this year.”

The new links for Microsoft and Sage CRM and accounts software from DMC Software promise to offer users reliability, which is key as other business partners have fallen down at this hurdle. The functional benefit provided by the link is transparency throughout an organisation enabling employees across disparate departments to work more efficiently. In addition to the customer service benefits that will be apparent administration errors will be drastically reduced as the need to re-key data will be removed.

DMC Software: CRM software boosts customer retention

May 1st, 2009

DMC Software SolutionsIt is a commonly known fact that client retention is a much more cost effective solution than client acquisition, especially in the current economic climate.  As businesses look at reducing expenditure, it is essential that the focus upon retaining current clients is enforced.  By providing existing customers with exceptional service, meeting their changing needs and surpassing their expectations, customer loyalty will improve, resulting in repeat business purchases and positive referrals.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is designed to facilitate strong client relationships and customer loyalty by providing businesses with the tools to improve customer service levels. A successfully implemented CRM solution allows a business to update customer information, schedule regular communications and better utilise available resources. Having a single location where customer data resides allows each user to have the same view of a client’s history, enabling a quicker response to changing customer needs and requirements.

Neil Slater, professional services manager at DMC Software Solutions, a leading Sage and Microsoft CRM solution provider, explicates, “We are currently in the thick of a recession and the best way for companies to keep afloat and reduce expenditure is to focus efforts on retaining business and not acquiring it. CRM is an essential tool for any business regardless of size because it enables you to know your customers businesses, based on this information you can recommend the right products and services to help them to grow. By providing customers with sound advice and good products they will return to you when their needs change, or they need further support down the line.”

CRM Software is quickly becoming the essential business tool with industry experts proclaiming CRM is ‘an imperative not an option during the downturn’. However, there are many CRM solutions and deployment options to choose from. The Sage CRM solution and Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions are well established names in the world of CRM providing different ranges to suit different business needs and budgets. Sage CRM products include ACT! by Sage, Sage CRM and SalesLogix.

CRM is quickly becoming more accessible to businesses at the small end of the spectrum with the introduction of Software as a Service (SaaS.) SaaS is a cost effective solution engineered specifically to provide small and medium sized businesses with full access to CRM software, updates, maintenance and technical support for a small monthly fee. Both ACT! SaaS and Microsoft Dynamics Sofware as a Service (SaaS) offer businesses comprehensive CRM functionality at the fraction of the cost and demands of a traditional on-premise solution.

DMC Software urges businesses to investigate the benefits of CRM customisation

April 23rd, 2009

logoIf businesses want to be sure that they are making decisions that have the minimum risk for the maximum return in these economically troubling times, experts and commentators agree, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an invaluable tool. DMC Software argues that CRM customisation is an essential way for organisations to extend the value of their CRM systems, in order to to achieve the maximum efficiency.

CRM software, such as ACT! By Sage, when implemented correctly, can provide a business with endless
benefits. The primary benefit is the development of improved client relationship management which can result in repeat purchases and referrals, each impacting positively on a business’s profitability. Additional benefits include more productive personnel, focused marketing communications and better customer service offering – all achievable through the right CRM software.

Mike Ramsay, managing director of DMC Software suggests, “CRM Software can provide businesses with a large number of benefits including enhanced customer retention- which is vital in the current economic climate. However, to get the most from a CRM solution it is important that businesses consider CRM customisation so the software will suit their exact business needs and processes. By doing this efficiency will drastically improve and a quicker return on investment can be seen.”

ACT! Software is the best selling CRM solution in the marketplace because it offers rich functionality that easy to use at a cost effective price. ACT! by Sage is now even more accessible since the release of ACT! SaaS, which allows businesses full CRM functionality with full support and maintenance for a small, manageable, monthly fee. However, ACT! by Sage is an out of the box solution and for many businesses one size does not fit all.

DMC Software Solutions is experienced in the implementation of ACT! and are able to fully develop and customise the solution to suit the individual needs of different organisations. ACT! can be adapted to integrate with third party software, for instance, ACT! can be set up to automatically retrieve information from web forms completed by visitors. By manipulating ACT! to perform functions normally carried out manually a vast amount of time can be saved and the productivity of operatives increased, allowing them to focus their attention more important areas of the business.

ACT! Customisation doesn’t need to be completed when the solution is implemented, DMC Software can customise the solution retrospectively so that users can become familiar with how it performs and aspects that can be changed to meet the business needs. In the current economic climate customisation may seem like an unnecessary investment however the benefits it can offer ensure a fast return on investment.

April 18th, 2009

In the current economic climate wasted time is wasted money and therefore it is imperative for organisations to operate to maximum efficiency. DMC Software however has advanced the concept of CRM software to the next level, harnessing the power of Sage SalesLogix to provide clients with automated business processes.

Sage SalesLogix CRM has been built on a customisable platform which enables business partners, such as DMC Software, to customise and develop the solution to meet the exact needs and business processes of client organisations.

Advice from DMC Software on how to implement CRM to make the most of your business

March 31st, 2009

It is commonplace for businesses to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution expecting a quick fix to all sales process issues, only to be disappointed and dismiss the idea in a quick succession. CRM is more than just software and many businesses, when implementing CRM, fail to realise the importance of a number of key issues. A CRM system is only as good as the data entered therefore it must be part of a wider philosophy and a complete culture within any organisation. .

CRM users can be discouraged by a “Big Bang” approach and hinder their daily working practice, leaving them feeling pressurised into learning a highly complex system and use it correctly from day one. A more gentle approach to implementation should be considered in favour of this, providing users with time to familiarise themselves with a solution ahead of the “go live”date.

Mike Ramsay, Managing Director of DMC Software Solutions, a leading Sage and Microsoft CRM provider, explains, “It is proven that a complex CRM system with many tabs and fields that will never be used discourage and alienate users. Therefore it is important for businesses to customise their CRM solutions to meet the individual needs of the business, in order to achieve optimum efficiency from both the system and the users over a period of time.”

“For CRM to be successful it is important for those who use it to have input into the way it functions, the fields that appear and the processes involved. This involvement enables users to envision the advantages of CRM and they will become more interested in using it properly, entering up to date information on a regular basis and not just when they are forced to by management.”

The benefit of a well maintained CRM solution is clear, providing a business with many opportunities to utilise available resources and optimise more profitable activity. Having one central location where all client data resides is invaluable to organisations that focus on customer service. CRM enables everyone to have the same view of a client’s history, including transactions, allowing them to respond more quickly to enquiries and requests.

In addition to this, a CRM solution will enable all communications to be targeted and measured effectively, in order to develop a business’s ability to nurture valuable customer relationships. This relationship building will subsequently improve referrals and repeat purchase, which will impact dramatically on the bottom line.

, continue to defy the economic trend of 2009 with
UK Fastest Growing Companies 2009 success. The report highlights the elite business

CRM is an extremely powerful tool that facilitates the provision of excellent
customer service and it forms the core of all of our activities at DMC, from
sales and marketing through to customer service. In an increasingly aggressive
market place it is imperative for businesses to utilise CRM functionality in
order to sustain a competitive advantage.”

CRM software, when implemented correctly, offers a single location for all
customer information stored. From this data sales representatives can organise
their time efficiently never missing an important call or meeting again, enabling
them to strike while the iron is hot. Marketing professionals can automate communications
ensuring that all customers are kept up to date with the latest information
and customer service representatives can store details of enquiries and complaints

Interprise Suite business software solution offers new opportunities for accountants

December 20th, 2008

Against the backdrop of a slowing economy and shrinking profit margins, it’s not surprising that accountants and business consultants are seizing on any opportunity to improve client service and maintain healthy revenues.

All reasons and necessary actions are recorded in one central place, so each collector no longer needs to print or export information and keep their own private notes. Complete transparency will allow you to optimise your collection process by managing your debtors’ behaviour. Negotiate with hard facts and quickly bring non-payments in line with your target ranges.

For accountants who are eager to solidify their client relationships and expand their range of service offerings, Interprise Suite offers a wealth of business opportunities. An affordable SME solution that combines the features of accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), point-of-sale and e-commerce, Interprise Suite represents a genuine revolution in business management software.
Interprise Suite takes advantage of new ‘Smart Client’ technology which allows a desktop application to run over the Internet like a secure browser application. The product provides the business connectivity customers want without sacrificing the performance and rich user interface they have come to expect from a desktop application. The result is a solution that gives businesses the power to operate without boundaries, allowing remote users to work together as if they were all occupying the one office. For businesses that do not need internet connectivity, Interprise Suite can be installed on a local area network just like any other Client/Server application.

One of the outstanding features of Interprise Suite is that it enables accountants to access client data without the need to go on site and visit the customer’s premises. As long as they’re given the necessary security access, accountants can simply log onto their client’s account information over the Internet as if they were there in the office.

Interprise Suite provides business consultants, accountants and software resellers with a business management software option that is more affordable, more functional and less complex than current alternatives while also delivering greater margins.
Caitlin Baker, Director of Gold Coast-based Vogue Business Solutions, is both a user and a reseller of Interprise Suite.

“Interprise Suite is attracting a lot of attention from our small-to-medium sized business clients because it is powerful, affordable and, perhaps most importantly, fully integrated”, Caitlin said. “One of the biggest bugbears for today’s typical business owner is reliance on multiple, often incompatible, databases. Interprise Suite solves this problem by delivering a complete solution that combines all of the most commonly uses business processes together in one easy-to-use solution. No longer do business owners have to spend unnecessary time, money and frustration re-keying and synchronising information.”
Caitlin believes Interprise Suite has enormous potential for accountants, providing them with a toolset that can improve the operating efficiency of their clients’ businesses while opening up new revenue streams for their accounting practices.

“Interprise Suite will be great news for accountants who would like to expand the range of business advisory services that they offer their SME clients”, Caitlin said. “By integrating accounting with CRM and other key business functions, and by enabling authorised service providers to access their client’s data over the Internet, Interprise Suite gives accountants the opportunity to perform a comprehensive health-check of their client’s business. What’s more, everything is transparent. As well as helping accountants secure their long-term future with their clients, Interprise Suite provides enormous scope to increase client revenues.”
Interprise Suite was developed from the ground up by US-based Interprise Software Solutions, Inc. In April 2008 Interprise Software Solutions was acquired by Taylor Corporation, a Forbes Private 200 company with over 100 subsidiaries and 14,000 employees worldwide.

In July 2008 Sydney-based Evolve Systems Australasia secured exclusive distribution rights to Interprise Suite. The product is available now for an average price of $2,000.00 per user including support. Multi-user licences are also available. Additionally there is the option to obtain software finance from Evolve Systems Australasia from $30.00 per user per week. For further information on Interprise Suite contact Evolve Systems Australasia on 1300 736 637; email sales@interprise.com.au; Web: www.interprise.com.au.

CRM Specialist Launches Easy-Start Packages for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage CRM and FrontRange’s GoldMine Premium

April 15th, 2008

Most companies realise that, properly implemented, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will bring significant benefits to their business. However, choosing the right CRM software from the wide range of products available is a difficult task. In addition, companies also worry about costs, timescales, staff training and resources, which means that businesses all too often put these important projects ‘on-hold’.

To help companies overcome these difficulties and get started with CRM, Concentrix, one of the UK’s foremost independent CRM specialists, has launched a range of Easy-Start CRM Packages. These feature a choice of three leading CRM solutions: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage CRM and FrontRange’s GoldMine Premium Edition.

Describing the reasons behind the launch, Peter Elgar, Concentrix Marketing Manager said, “Because CRM systems help companies grow, we get a lot of enquiries from smaller businesses looking for quick implementation of quality CRM software. Our Easy-Start CRM Packages offer rapid, affordable and comprehensive implementations of what, in our opinion, are the best CRM solutions available for SMEs.”

Concentrix say that, unless the client has a particular solution in mind, they will carry out a free business assessment. This will enable them to recommend the CRM software most suited to the customer’s requirements. They will then configure the software, install it on the customer’s premises, import data, train staff how to use the system and provide support and maintenance. Perhaps most significantly, Concentrix will do all this and have the CRM system fully operational in just one week.

Ian Dawkins, Managing Director of Concentrix, explains, “Concentrix has specialised in CRM since the company was founded in 1999. During this time we’ve gained an enormous amount of CRM expertise. This means we can get full, on-premise CRM solutions up and running in a week – that’s a short space of time for a properly configured CRM system.”

In larger companies, CRM systems have developed from being ‘nice to haves’ to essential components of their business strategy. But smaller companies often delay implementing a CRM system, even though they would gain major improvements to their business. Concentrix believe the launch of their Easy-Start CRM Packages will make it straightforward for companies to get started with CRM, and that those businesses who take advantage of the offer will start seeing measurable improvements almost immediately.

Asked to summarise the Concentrix Easy-Start CRM Packages, Ian Dawkins said “A choice of leading CRM solutions, installed on your premises, configured to your business needs, your data imported, your staff trained, plus 3 months full support and maintenance, with no monthly fees or hidden extras, implemented by highly experienced CRM specialists, at an affordable price – up and running in a week”.
