The Spinney School of Fine Food is now open for business! This fantastic Cookery School is set in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside, close to the historic market town of Southwell.
Ali Stevenson the founder of the cookery school explains how she created the school in order to share her passion and enthusiasm for fine food with like-minded people. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has over twenty years of commitment and passion for food and teaching - from working with renowned celebrity chefs, to appearing on television as a finalist in MasterChef and in the series Chefs at Sea with Ed Baines, where she cooked for Albert Roux!

The school prides itself in creating a relaxed environment for you to enjoy, whilst making each class fun and informative. Cooking with an Aga is also one of Ali’s specialities, having been crowned ‘Aga Cook of the Year’, and her Aga Academy has been specifically created for all Aga-Enthusiasts. The many ‘Getting the Most from your Aga’ courses are a must for any owner. There are many themed days to choose from all showing the versatility of the Aga. |

Ali is appearing at the new Flavours Festival which is to take place in Nottinghamshire at the beginning of September. She will be there showing off her skills as she gives a few taster demonstrations of some of the many courses available at the Spinney School of Fine Food from Best of British to Quick and Healthy after School Meals.
